Come toast the announcements of SACDV election results. Enjoy a 20-minute guided tour of the wine-making facility, including the grape processing deck, tank and carrel room and the bottling line. After the tour we will have a mini-class describing wine tasting techniques and explore cheese and wine pairings. The evening will conclude with an opportunity to have additional wine, nibble on more cheese with seasonal fruit, ask questions and network. Each guest will receive a souvenir Chaddsford Wine logo wine glass to take home. Limited seating capacity (40). Tickets ($35 per person) will be sold prior to the event on a first come basis.
